How long is the Pisa Pass valid? +

The booked time slot applies to climbing the Leaning Tower. The other monuments you can visit on any day within a year of your chosen date. Arrive 15 minutes before your tower time slot.

Is there an age limit for the Leaning Tower? +

The Leaning Tower can only be climbed from age 8. Children under 8 are not admitted for safety reasons, even when accompanied.

How do I get the pass, and can I cancel? +

After booking online through Headout you receive your voucher by email. Show it on your phone together with a valid photo ID at the Museo delle Sinopie on the Piazza del Duomo. The pass is non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
